The Service

Effectiveness of the POTEMA® Mattress Deep Cleaning Service

The exclusive POTEMA® Mattress Cleaning System is designed to remove dust mite allergens, contaminants and other particles from deep within the mattress.

Using specialised vibration technology, embedded dust mite residues and contaminants are loosened from the mattress structure. A precision vacuum system, specifically adapted to the mattress, then removes these particles from deep inside the material.

At the same time, energy-intensive UV-C technology helps reduce microorganisms on both the surface and within the mattress, contributing to improved hygiene and cleanliness.

Following the cleaning process, the mattress can breathe more effectively again, helping to restore comfort, ventilation and overall mattress performance.

What is Included in the Service?

A certified POTEMA® specialist visits your location and performs an initial assessment of your mattress.

As part of our complimentary test cleaning, a small section of the mattress is professionally cleaned to evaluate its condition and level of contamination.

Based on the results, we develop a customised cleaning plan tailored to your specific requirements. The mattress is then thoroughly deep cleaned using the certified POTEMA® cleaning system.

Following the cleaning process, the mattress is treated with POTEMA® Mattress Clean Spray. This treatment helps reduce dust mite activity, removes their food source and provides additional sanitising and deodorising benefits through carefully selected natural essential oils.

All cleaning is carried out conveniently on-site by a certified POTEMA® service specialist. Prior to the appointment, we kindly ask that bedding, sheets and mattress covers are removed so the mattress is fully accessible for cleaning.
